Bonus Math Sessions
Prior to teaching the course for the first time, we held some math review sessions that covered some of the big math skills and ideas in the course such as understanding graphs of position vs time, discovering a mathematical model, and using a mathematical model to make predictions.
The Tortoise and the Hare
In THE TORTOISE AND THE HARE lesson, students will strengthen their ability to plot and interpret graphs, especially graphs that compare distance and time.

Central Park
Tuesday, Aug 15 - In CENTRAL PARK, students will learn about the power of models. This fun introduction to formulas helps students see how a model can be used to answer many cases rather than just one specific situation.
